Crunchy Puff Pastry!
The process of making puff pastry was
somewhat laborious and time-intensive... but the wait was worth it!
It had 2401 layers in all.. hehe.. loved its flaky layers and buttery flavor. Below are multiple varieties we made...

Palmier
